What Days Do You Ship?

Items are shipped Monday – Friday.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

When will my order ship?

Items are crafted and colored to the specifications of the shopper after the order is placed in the order it was placed.  We do our best to ship etched glass within 1 to 3 business days from the date an order is placed, but depending on order load this is not always possible. Please allow 1 - 5 business days after order has been processed for your order to ship. In the event that something unforeseen happens such as equipment failure, health reason etc. and we are unable to ship your item within 5 business day we will contact you to discuss the issues with you.

What shipping carriers are used?

Upon checkout you will have a choice between United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx.

USPS Priority (PO Boxes welcomed) – Shipping time 2 to 3 business days.

FedEx Home Delivery® - Shipping time 1 to 5 business days to residential destinations only
FedEx Ground® - Shipping time 1 to 5 business days to commercial destinations only
FedEx Express Saver® - Shipping time 3 business days to most areas

Where do you ship from?

Packages are shipped from Marion, Montana, 59925.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping will be calculated during checkout based on package weight and can also be calculated on the view cart page. Please note that the shipping of glass requires special measures to make sure that your items arrive safely. These measures include extra filling and as well as larger boxes and will have a small effect on your shipping prices, however we do not make a profit on shipping.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes if you require shipment to a PO Box please choose the United States Postal Service (USPS) option during checkout.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, regardless of what class of service you have chosen, once your order is shipped a tracking number will be added to the order. The tracking number will be emailed to you but can also be retrieved by visiting the ‘My Account’ section of the web site and clicking on the order number. The tracking number can be found at the bottom of the page underneath your shipping information.

I placed two orders in a short time period, can they be combined and shipped in one package?

We always try to catch and combine orders from an individual shipping to the same address and then refund the second shipping fee. However, we can't catch all of them. If you would like to combine orders please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you if we have not already shipped one of the orders.

Why do I have to wait up to 5 business days for etched items to ship.

Etched items are all crafted by hand and the process takes time. First the vinyl mask that will be used to etch the item must be created. Next the mask is applied to the item then it is etched. The remaining parts of the vinyl are then removed. Then the item is cleaned/polished to remove any remaining residue from the adhesive on the vinyl.

The next step is to paint, air dry then bake the paint into the glass. After the glass cools it is polished again.

All items are then carefully inspected to make sure there are no flaws before being packaged.

All these steps take time and we must go through all the above steps for each order.
